1. Free Evaluation Period

GoFastCLOSER is offered with a thirty (30) day free evaluation period. During this period, users may access and evaluate the application at no cost.

No payment is required during the evaluation period.

2. No Refunds After Evaluation Period

Upon expiration of the 30-day free evaluation period and commencement of any paid subscription:

ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, including but not limited to:

• Subscription fees (monthly or annual)
• Partial billing periods
• Usage-based charges
• Add-ons, upgrades, or feature enhancements
• Taxes, processing fees, or third-party charges

By continuing to a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you have had a full opportunity to evaluate the software and expressly waive any right to refunds except as expressly stated below.

3. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting support.

• Cancellation stops future billing only.
• Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds or credits are issued for prior billing periods or partial use.

4. Refund Disputes & Maximum Liability Cap

In the event of any refund request, billing dispute, chargeback, or claim of overpayment, the parties expressly agree that:

1. The maximum refund, under any circumstances, shall be limited to the unused portion of the then-current calendar month, calculated on a pro rata basis.
2. This amount shall represent the absolute maximum legal and financial liability of GoFast Technologies LLC.
3. No refunds shall be issued for:

• Prior months
• Setup time
• Data processing
• Configuration
• Support services
• Access already provided

Under no circumstances shall GoFast Technologies LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages related to billing or refunds.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback does not override or invalidate this Refund Policy.

Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of the account
• Loss of access to services and stored data
• Recovery of administrative, legal, or collection costs where permitted by law

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

7. Mandatory Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy, billing, payments, or the GoFastCLOSER service shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, and not in court, except as required by law.

• Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
• Arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator.
• The arbitrator shall have authority only to award relief consistent with this Refund Policy, including the liability limitations stated herein.
• Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are expressly waived.

8. Venue & Location

The arbitration shall take place in Florida, United States, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.

If arbitration is found unenforceable for any reason, the parties agree that:

• Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
• The parties consent to personal jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Florida, LEE County.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Refund Policy is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Policy Updates

GoFast Technologies LLC reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of GoFastCLOSER after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
